Ed Richardson
Ed is the President and CEO of Thomas and Skinner, Inc. Additionally, he serves as the Board President of the US Magnetic Materials Association. With an extensive background in commercial aerospace, defense, and electronic manufacturing, he excels in driving growth and strategic planning. Ed holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a BA from DePauw University. He is dedicated to advancing the magnetic materials industry.
Dr. John Ormerod
Dr. John Ormerod is a globally recognized expert in the field of magnetics. He has authored numerous groundbreaking publications and is a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences. His deep understanding of rare earth magnet technology and the broader magnetics industry makes him an invaluable asset to clients seeking innovative solutions and strategic advantages.
Stan Trout
With nearly fifty years of experience in the permanent magnet and rare earth industries, Stan has a wealth of problem-solving abilities, gained from a wide variety of technical and commercial roles, that he is eager to share with his clients. He has been very fortunate to confer, study, meet, and collaborate with many international luminaries along the way. He is particularly proud to have trained many of today's active industry professionals. Stan has a B.S. in Physics from Lafayette College and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Metallurgy and Materials Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Trout is a registered Professional Engineer in both Colorado and Pennsylvania.
